Personality/Canon facts:

History: In junior high Sunako was just like any other girl in the sense that she liked cute things, took care of her appearence (moisturizing, watching her weight), had friends, and liked boys. One boy in particular she got up the nerve to confess to …not only to be shot down but to be shot down because she was an ugly girl. Heartbroken she believed his words and stopped trying to take care of herself believeing it was a waste. Why try so hard and go through the pain of beauty if it was all for nothing?

In tears she ran out of the school and found a dirty manequin someone had thrown away (thrown away like she’s been) believing it understood her pain and accepted it as her new best friend –a friend that would never say words to harm her (it couldn’t) and something she could seek comfort in. As the days went by Sunako sunk deeper into the darkness and became unable to smile around her friends. Despite their worry she felt they couldn’t understand her ugly feelings and began to distance herself falling in love and becoming obsessed with things of horror.

With a new creepy personality everyone at school (even her friends) began to fear her, saying nasty things about her, or calling her a witch or a demon; everyone afraid she would place a curse on them or worse break everything in sight with her dark aura…

At first it bothered Sunako but she pushed those feeling deep inside herself and began to not care, happy with her world and the way she was now, not caring about her looks or her classmates, as long as she stayed in the dark with Freddy and Jason and Atai-kun everything was right in the world. She was happy.

Two years later Sunako’s Aunt had had enough of Sunako’s loner way of living and truly out of love and concern for her neice (forced) sent her to her to Japan to live with four gorgeous boys who would make her into a lady.

First impressions were the worse on both sides; (with Sunako’s horrible taste in clothes and her bangs overgrown blocking her face and giving off a creepy feel) the boys mistook her for a ghost and she was living with magnificent creatures that put an ugly girl like her to shame! Inforcing the fact that she should really just shrivel up and die…as she would if they got any any closer…melting into nothing. It only got worse when they insited they cut her bangs (which would reveal her ugly face to the world!) and she quite bluntly yelled at them to mind their own buisness before slamming the door. However she became aware of their kindness…and after one of the boys (kyouhei) saved her from public humiliation she was grateful to their kidness and stepped up to cook them a mouthwatering meal.

The next day the boys forced her to school and though she kicked and screamed and complained at first…she found school to be a safe heaven where no one would bother her and she didn’t have to deal with the radiant creatures (what she calls extrememly beautiful people). However her classmates didn’t take to her so kindly, she carried around an extremely dark aura and was givien attention by the four gorgeous boys (that just happened to be the idools of the school) earning the grudge of ever female and quite quickly bullied. Kyouhei saved her but was cut in the process; infuriated one of the ‘normal beings’ had harmed a creature of light she quite frankly kicked some ass and cut her bangs so she would no longer be given attention.

The next few days Sunako meets a beautiful girl, tries to kill Kyohei (after the creature of light makes a fool of her and tries to pull her from her dark world) only to find it a waste, severly beats a rapist who goes after her SHOWING A GIRL CAN PROTECT HERSELF, and gets called an ugly girl the second tme in her life.

To which she literally snaps and starves herself wishing to die…only to be rescued by the boys and have Kyouhei (who called her that in the first place) forced to bring her back to health…he’s the one that tells her that he minds her reasons of doing this to herself stupid and that this guy who called her that “isn’t the only guy in the world” which she takes to heart.

That night Sunako pulls off being a lady at a dinner guest party…only to revert back to her creepy self after watching a gorey horror movie.

The third time Sunako is called “Ugly Girl” is by a beautiful but vicious woman who killed her husband and locks Sunako in a deserted old shack setting it on fire and telling Sunako that “ugly girls should rot and die.” Shocked at the words Sunako crumbles to the ground and starts laughing hysterically; crying as the fire begins to close her aroud and believing this is her end. Yet Kyohei saves her…after realizing the true intentions of the “beautiful woman” Sunako stands up for herself and calls the lady a “true” ugly woman, her appearance one of true beauty and coolness. The woman angrily tells her what could she say when no man would ever fall for her to which Kyohei gently pulls Sunako to him and says they kissed. Sunako turns to stone and passes out.

At school unable to forget that she an UGLY being touched (kissed) a radient being of light (as she swore herself not to) Sunako goes to the school roof in an attempt to kill herself—only to be told by Kyohei that a kiss is nothing but a pasionless touch of lips—to which she is completely okay with~!

As time passes Sunako does the housework and cooks, but being around the radient beings becomes so hard that she starts holing herself up in her room more and more…only to be bothered by Kyohei. It isn’t until she’s brought to his parent’s home and finds out how normal they are and how the mother hates her beautiful son that she begins to understand Kyohei…but at being forced to share a room with him she freaks and thinks that she’ll melt making the mistake to say that she doesn’t want to be “around a radiant creature like him.” When Kyohei disappears she begins to feel guilty and starts to remember all the times he bothered her and the times that weren’t so bad at all…

Her own dolls turning again her because of her guilt she steps up and tries different (ridiculous) methods to being able to face the bright creatures…even staring directly into the sun. Finally she begs for the help of the other creatures of light to be able to be around the radient creature and she comes up with an idea to light herself up and become a creature of light herself so Kyohei can know he’s welcomed home. Of course disaster falls that plan as Sunako gets electrocuted on national tv, but when Kyohei see’s her message he arrives at the place of recording and the two have a moment…with Sunako collapsing in her own noseblood.

Personality: Sunako has an extremely complicated personality that comes off as scary and creepy but inside dwells an extremely self-concious girl. Things like looking good and taking care of herself really aren’t that important in her life because she’s given up on being a woman. Unlike other girls scary creatures and the like don’t phaze her at all and if she saw a walking skeleton she’d hug it rather than run screaming. Though it has been shown that despite her real interest and love of horror when coming face to face with a real ghost she’s actually afraid…showing that she really is human and a bit of a ‘normal’ side to herself. Also like other girls Sunako can be over-powered and get flustered at gentle touches and human contact…which either results in a nosebleed or turning to stone and passing out if the person is beautiful. Aside from this she really is good at everything (except being a lady) and is an incredible fighter.

A-am I boxed in…is this how I die? *face smashed against the train doors, kicking and pulling at the train doors* Grr! Open up! I-I won’t remain trapped h-ahhhh! *the doors open and she falls out; face first into the dirt* …ugh…

...white? So hell is white…*feels a cold breeze* …a ghost? No this is…home! Maybe it was all a dream! I was never put with those radiant creatures and I just passed out in the snow for days and fell into a coma! Aunty must be worried…but my wonderful darkness is saved! Ahh! What if Aunty cleared out my room?! Or dad found…all that…and he’s having a heart attack

I better hurry…hmm I don’t remember a school being here?
